Metro President David Bragon joins the Oregon State Public Interest Research Group, OSPRIG, in calling on national leaders to continue efforts to build a high-speed rail system in the U.S. A recent report by OSPIRG shows building a high-speed rail network across the country will create up to 1.6-million construction jobs.
