Center for Campus Free Speech
The Center for Campus Free
Speech was created by a variety of members of the higher education community
- students, faculty, administrators, and others - to protect and to promote
free speech on campuses. The Center acts as a clearinghouse of information,
provides specialized support to campuses, and connects concerned educators,
administrators, lawyers and students into a national network. The Center draws
advice and guidance from a group of leaders in the higher education and legal
communities.

Student Empowerment Training Project
The
Student Empowerment Training Project (SET) works to strengthen student
governments and state student associations into more effective vehicles
for student engagement and empowerment. SET provides SGAs, SSAs and
students working to create new SSAs with training, consultation,
materials and staff support.
The Student Empowerment Training (SET) Project was started in 1984 by
student body presidents who worked on the National Student Campaign for
Voter Registration. Over the past 24 years, the SET Project has worked
with student leaders in every state to help them develop stronger
associations and win concrete victories for students.

National Student News Service
The National Student News Service (NSNS) is a student media project focused on highlighting and promoting stories on student issues and student action. Students across the country are doing great work: identifying and elucidating problems facing students, taking action, holding decision makers responsible, exposing wrongdoing, and seeking the truth. Our job is to ensure that student issues get the attention they deserve, and to promote the work of student journalists.
Our primary service is the NSNS Newswire, a news digest that aggregates the best in media focused on student activism and student issues, which we distribute to a broad audience through our website, email and RSS.
